This vintage shallow shade ceiling light fixture embodies the 1960s' sleek and minimalistic design, prioritizing clean lines and a sense of simplicity. Enameled geometric shapes like circles, squares, and ovals were commonly silkscreened in these era shades. The design made an indelible mark on contemporary lighting.
The fixture features a custom-built assembly in a satin nickel finish. The light has been cleaned and detailed and includes hardware for a convenient installation process.
Measurements: The fixture measures 15 1/2 inches wide and 5 3/4 inches tall.
Condition: The fixture features a new four-light phenolic cluster socket, new satin nickel finials, bushings, a satin nickel ceiling canopy, satin nickel thumb nuts, check rings, wires, rubber washers, wire sheathing, a mounting bracket, thumb nuts, and installation hardware. The shade is in vintage condition. It shows its antiquity with some inconsistencies, including a shallow chip at the center mounting hole and a small line-shaped mark on the edge in the enameled silkscreen.
Electrical: The socket is U.L. Listed. The completed fixture is custom-built and, therefore, is not U.L. Listed. The fixture is suitable for dry locations. Use medium-base LED bulbs. Bulbs are not included.
