Throughout the 1910s and 1920s, Bankers' Lamps were popular in the Americas and Europe. These lamps are attractive and offer the benefit of focused light for reading, writing, and other office tasks.
This unique antique 1920s desk lamp, with its distinctive green enameled paint and brass highlights, is an outstanding piece. The fixture has been rewired, cleaned, and detailed for your convenience.
Measurements: The fixture measures 14 inches tall, 8 1/2 inches wide, and 5 3/4 inches deep, and has a 53 1/2-inch long cord.
Condition: The fixture has a new cloth cover cord, socket guts, cardboard socket insulator, plug, green enamel finish, brass swivel joint, brass pull chain, 1/8 ip grommets, LED bulb, and a 3D-printed base cap, and felt pad. The fixture is in good condition and shows its antiquity with inconsistencies, including peel texture in the new green enameled finish and minor scratches and wear on the inside of the shade.
Electrical: The fixture is suitable for dry locations. The lamp uses a medium-base bulb.
